• Strong in their faith and eager to mentor young athletes in both sport and character.
   
• Experienced leaders with a background in coaching camps, clinics, or teams.
   
• Passionate about youth development — on and off the field or court.
   
• Organized and dependable, able to help run events, camps, or tournaments.
